Cracker Barrel Copycat

Biscuits



1-1/4 c Bisquick

2/3 c Buttermilk
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix 1st 3 ingredients together, add 1 tbsp melted butter into batter. Stir until soft dough forms. Turn onto surface that has been dusted with flour. Knead 20 times, roll 1/2-inch thick, cut with a cutter into biscuits, and place on ungreased 8x8 square cake pan. Brush tops with melted butter. Place biscuits next to each other, when you have all placed, you can flatten them slightly. Bake 8-10 min.
